Hello my name is David Gordon and I am the founder of WeGov. I built WeGov with the belief that every citizen should have the ability to have their voice heard and every advocacy group, association and union should be able to advocate on a level playing field.

You can use WeGov to vote on legislation, view news on topics you are interested in, sign a petition, writing a letter to your elected official or make a donation to a group or campaign.

WeGov is the place where you learn, advocate and share information with the goal of creating change. It’s about the power of numbers, more specifically the power of voters that will outshine the power of money that has plagued government.

WeGov is a political ecosystem made up of registered voters, elected officials, groups and campaigns at all levels of government. We are a platform for advocating, a platform for campaigning and a platform constituent communication.

We are also the only free online platform to aggregate legislative information from both the federal government and all 50 states as well as the only political platform to confirm its users are registered voters, giving you a louder voice.

We have launched the platform with a series of pilot groups spanning the political spectrum. In the coming months we will be adding political campaigns and the ability for anyone to start there own advocacy group.  We will also be releasing new widgets and content distribution technology in order to send your message across the web.
